  • Pause active ingredients such as retinol, AHAs and BHAs for 5 days
  • Avoid treatment over active, inflamed or infected acne
  • Arrive with clean, fresh skin free of makeup and SPF
  • Share any new medications, skincare or treatments with your clinician
  • Reschedule if your skin is sunburnt, broken or compromised

After Your Session

  • Apply broad spectrum SPF 50+ daily and reapply throughout the day
  • Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 7 days post treatment
  • Skip exfoliants, retinol and acid based products for 5 days
  • Keep your routine gentle, hydrating and barrier supporting
  • Avoid hot showers, saunas and vigorous exercise for 24 hours
